Comprehensive school pupils and dental professionals in search of the Tooth Troll
Why do some comprehensive school pupils miss visits to the dentist or dental hygienist? How could the dental group of services for young people be developed so that it would work better for young people and the staff? Innovative methods are being used to find answers to these questions in the Tooth Troll (Hammaspeikko) Project carried out by LUT Lahti School of Innovation.

Make customers' voices heard with the help of their own experiences when developing outpatient care services
Lahti Social And Health Services' Outpatient Development Programme has created a new way of utilising patients' service experiences in developing services. This runs parallel to the traditional patient satisfaction surveys. In addition to using surveys, patients' experiences were collected and analysed. This is the Patient Advice (Asiakasneuvo) programme, which began in autumn 2008 and is being developed under the guidance of LUT Lahti School of Innovation.
